Allyson Heller is an associate attorney at Tony J. Tyre, Esq., APC., where she enjoys helping clients plan for their futures, by creating unique estate plans tailored to their needs.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Allyson earned her law degree from Loyola Law School, where she discovered her passion for trust and estate planning and administration. During her time in law school, Allyson worked as a legal intern at an employment litigation firm, specializing in wrongful termination and discrimination matters. During her third year of law school, Allyson volunteered at the Cancer Legal Resource Center, where she helped connect cancer patients and their families with legal resources and advocates to assist them with issues concerning employment rights, healthcare benefits, and insurance coverage.

For her undergraduate studies, Allyson attended Loyola Marymount University (LMU), where she graduated cum laude with a B.A. in English, with a writing concentration. During her time at LMU, three of her essays were specially selected for publication in Criterion, LMU’s critical writing journal, and she had an original poem published in LMU’s creative writing journal, La Miscellany.

In her spare time, Allyson enjoys singing, playing piano, reading and writing poetry, and spending time with friends, family, and her two dogs. She is an avid fan of horror movies and oldies music.
